While you’re there, stop in to the market and say hi to Marc and Luis. Shop for fresh vegetables, farm-raised meat, eggs from free-ranging chickens, jars of raw honey and a number of other delicious weekly surprises, including Chef Marc’s own freshly made soups and sauces. The first thing you’ll see when you arrive is the herd of sheep and goats – everyone’s favorite! They are always anxious for a scratch on the head, and if you time your visit right, you may even get to hold a baby goat.
