Owned and operated by the City of Marion, The HUB opened the doors in January 2015. Hundreds of guests utilize the facility each month by purchasing a day pass. Visitors are always welcome!
The HUB Recreation Center is a 64,000 sq. ft. building where activities such as swimming, exercising, and playing sports radiate throughout the facility. The first floor includes the following: Lounge area, snack bar, gymnasium, first aid, competition pool, therapy pool, recreation pool featuring a water slide, lazy river, wading pool, party rooms, conference room, youth center, men’s locker room, women’s locker room, and family locker room, pool viewing area and on-site child watch for members. The second floor includes the following: Three lane running/walking track, cycling room, two group exercise rooms, free weights, elliptical, machine training, treadmills and more. We encourage members and guests to explore the state-of-the-art amenities we offer Southern Illinois and beyond.
