This is one of three visitors’ centers in Historic Nauvoo. It is a great place to start your visit. Besides the mission offices upstairs, the visitors’ center has orientation services, visitor amenities, and two theaters for films and live shows. Many of the shows are great for little children and youth. Dedicated in 1971, the North Visitors’ Center continues to play a key role in hosting performances and orienting guests as they begin their visit to Historic Nauvoo.
