Witness Distillery produces the finest in distilled spirits. Our water with nothing added and our grains, most sourced right here in the county where we reside!
Locally-sourced distillery that offers events and a unique space featuring an underground lounge area for visitors called “Whiskey Underground.” We also offer tours, and tastings and you can even create your own whiskey!
We are a grain-to-glass distillery. All our whiskeys, including bourbon, rye, and limited releases such as 5-Grain, are tributes to the distillers who’ve crafted spirits in Illinois for nearly 200 years.
