A brewery and event space in a former Ford dealership building.
The story begins in 1958 with a building in Galesburg, IL, originally a Ford dealership. After various businesses occupied the space, a 2019 renovation restored it to its former glory with an added outdoor patio. Blake, inspired by a 2012 home brewing kit from his brothers, and Trent, opened Reserve Artisan Ales and The Vault, a brewery and event venue. The building, dating back to 1953, retains its original brick exterior, wooden beams, and garage openings. A restored 1960s Peoria city bus now serves as a cooler with 30 taps. The 4,500 sq. ft. patio features cozy amenities for year-round enjoyment. Additionally, pre-WWII trusses from a repurposed barn on a former hemp farm have been incorporated into the design.
